Silicon polycrystalline diamond composite tablets(Si-PCD)
A composite formed by the reaction of silicon carbide and diamonds to increase the diamond density and Young's modulus of the composite by controlling the diamond concentration. A key advantage of this process is that the diamond composite can be successfully fabricated at relatively low temperatures, which allows for the inclusion of the less stable diamond component in the microstructure without significant thermal degradation.Si PCD | Density | Knoop Hadrness | Toughuess | Compression Strength | Tensile strength | Thermal Expansion | Thermal Conductivity | Thermal Conductivity |
